The STARZ app, upon its launch, offered a distinctive feature: the ability to download content directly to devices for offline viewing, a feature that was not yet commonplace. Recognizing the potential of this feature for individuals on long flights without Wi-Fi access, we created a strategy centered around reaching users when they were attentive and open to consuming new content.
